But I thought you weren't here for big...screens, what changed ?
I also wasn't here for the bigger screen when I upgraded from an iPhone to my 920 but I quickly got used to it. And physically it isn't that much bigger.
I'll have to see ha in the flesh before I make any choices tho.
The Lumias have always been massive, mainly due to their big bezels, so your pic is just showing a Lumia bigger than an already massive Lumia, good luck with that.
Edit: Mess, I wasn't even being serious, but now that I seen it compared to Note 3...
The self shade. As you can see the Galaxy Mega that you're making fun of, is almost the same size as your beloved massive Lumia 1520 that you're considering buying, but drag a bit !
The Note 2 and Note 3/S3 and S4 have the exact same size, despite the screen size difference, Nokia and the rest of the lessors should take Notes.
Sometimes you have to sacrifice a bit for the sake of durability. Can't have Samsung her impact be ruining Nokia's reputation for building apocalypseable devices.

I have an excuse for everything.
Let me remind you that both the Lumia 1520 and the Note 3 are made of the exact same "Apocalypseable" material, which is polycarbonate.
How many more times are you going to self-shade yourself ?
In fact, the most "apocalypseable" of the two is the Lumia 1520, because of its unibody, which means that if ANYTHING happens to the back of your phone, you'd have to send the entire device back to Nokia, for them to replace it, while on the Note 3 you can simply replace the backcover with a $10 new one.
Whatever HIMDroid and etc say the 1520 still ***** on the others' generic designz
So the Note 3, that doesn't look like any other Galaxy phone released before, is generic, but the Lumia 1520, that looks like a bigger Lumia 920 (released 2 years ago) and probably like tons of other Lumias, isn't ?
Audio quality is the worst. Was leaning for an S4 good thing I tested my dad's and all that came out were compressed music with very lousy audio. The iPhone is still to be beaten for audio quality buy my Lumia is on par and is only beaten by Apple because of its higher max volume
