It's a really bad song and I am sad to say that because I really love Mariah. The Art Of Letting Go was so much better tbh. I tried to listen various times to You're Mine, but I just couldn't like it
It's not a good song. It's a shame, if she forced herself to work with some new hitmakers that cowrote some songs with her, she'd easily have a Top 10 hit. Instead she chooses to keep working with Tricky and Rodney, when even someone like Max Martin could craft a meaningful mega hit for her.
Okay. There are a lot of people who said the same thing about Drunk in Love, Can't Remember to Forget You, and definitely ROYALS!
Drunk in Love= #2
CRTFY=#15
And ROYALS you already know how that turned out!!!!
that didn't stop #beautiful from being a moderate hit though. it's just not that good of a song & the video was an instant letdown, +there are currently more interesting things going on in the music industry.
#Beautiul had Miguel on it too though. Even if that wasn't the case, her latest interviews don't portray her in a positive light.
She needs to go back to basics, she doesn't need to be a sex kitten, she has the voice and people know that, they want old classic Mariah back doing songs that no one else can sing like Vision of love, Vanishing & Can't let go.
Very mature and classic masterpieces.
This!! Where is classic Mariah. It seems like she lost her ear for good music.
