I wanted to be cute and do the biggest R&B/Hip-Hop hits of the decade so far since Eric was doing the 2000s, but urban in 2010 & 2011 was kinda like... horrible. Got kinda better in 2012 but didn't really get GOOD good until 2013.

How about the acclaimed R&B songs from 2012-2013 "R&B is back" type of thing?
Climax, Adorn, Body Party, Countdown, Q.U.E.E.N., S&T, Hold On, We're Going Home, Pyramids, Thinkin' Bout You, etc. That would be competitive.
