i just think Gaga is so, sooooooooooooo much more interesting than any other major pop gyal in the US right now, floppage or not.

i could have tolerated the meltdowns had the performance been a HOT MESS (and let's be honest, she's served those a couple of times this era so far therefore it was completely reasonable to dread-- expect!-- the thought of just that happening tonight).

but

did

NOT happen.

that
was top-quality work right there.
that was just Lady Gaga being good at her job.
