Bijonse has a point, some masculine guys literally go ******* crazy at any sign of friendly affection in public. They go from 0 to 100 over the smallest things and you can't even be yourself most of the time around them.

Seems like that guy ruined your experience, most of the time when a gay guy and straight guy get into a deep friendship it has stages. I even created a sort of chart for the stages because it just happens so much.



That guy probably sucked overall, but there are others that can be great friends, just dont **** them if you want that friendship to stay in tact.

I mean hooking up is fine but I've never been into that for whatever reason straight guys are manly which is attractive but being a pig, oblivious of feelings, and unable to show any type of commitment is a turn off.

Well I agree that part is a BIT much, I go to gay clubs and always see some of that mess, but sometimes it's about not taking yourself seriously as well.

I'd like to think it's possible to be assertive in life with everything but come home and let someone take the lead, and love on you, and you don't have to worry about being assertive all the time in your love life as well.
