and I have to say even though I wasn't here for the premiere and ensuing drama, I was so glad to see the song getting so many great reviews from critics and fans alike. The production of the song is dope, it's very R&B /Pop friendly,but it isn't dated ala JDs productions circa 2005. it' sounds very current and 2014. It has the mesmerizing harmonies and beautifu, soothingly softl background vocals that made us fall in love with We Belong Together though <3
It reminds me of a mix between DFAU & Candy Bling. Very mellow,simple,but yet catchy chorus. and nice outro wit ha big finish. The whistle is pure heaven. Honestly I haven't felt this way about a Mariah ballad in forever,(
single wise that is).

, Angels Cry was lame at first and sounded like another WBT copy,but it has really grown on me over the years. Still she really stepped it up,and this ballad was a return to form. No more WBT rehashes.. Thank GOD!!

also shot in the tropics) ,but with slower frames. She's absolutely gorgeous and natural looking in the video. Not too much make-up or OTT stuff going on. Hopefully theres a connecting story-line like "It's Like that" & WBT.
