Well its in the same key haha, she just doesn't hit the Eb5 quite as many times in Dope. I think the way she sings it in Dope is a lot more strained actually….she hit it much more cleanly in IWBWY, and she sounds pretty strained when she tries to do the growl thing with the note like she does in Dope.
