But I'm confused by her "coming back" next month. I know Act II is supposed to be about revenge, but March seems early. And I don't think it was connected to this trilogy/project Gaga is doing now. So I'm really not sure what Gaga has up her sleeve.

Mary Jane Holland is literally just about smoking pot I don't think Gaga needed to include it in.
