She did. Last December in the interview with Andy Cohen. She said that her label would always pick the worst second singles and that 'Migrate' should have been second single off 'E=MC²'.

Dear lambs, it's almost 10 pm and I'm lying on the bathroom floor in sheer desperation. Just got off the phone with Jermaine who told me about the illegal online presentation of 'You're mine (Eternal)'. I really don't know what to say cause I put my heart and soul into this record and I want it to be heard the way it's supposed to be heard. Just know that this is NOT the final version of the song. Legal action will be taken as soon as we find out who did this. It was supposed to be a special day and now this. Well, stay tuned for the real thing, it will be worth it! #Eternal

Oh yeah I remember that, unforgivable move from the label then. But really, in 2008 she was already an established legend, 18 years into a very successful career. You'd think she would have the last say over what is released and what isn't- it's not like she was some clueless newbie.
