Start with Daydream or The Emancipation of Mimi.

Or you could start with #1's and see if you like it, then the two I mentioned.

Or you could start with her first and work your way up her catalog.

Butterfly is her best, but I wouldn't listen to that one before Daydream. Emotions is good too.
