Nicki really needs to focus on the right single choices. That's the only thing I'm worried she hasn't learned yet. Most of these artists have picked the wrong singles tho.

My best guess as a legitimate reason Champion couldn't have been recorded was scheduling conflicts or Nicki just wasn't planning for Champion to win the poll.

If you realize, Nicki completely ignored those MyPinkFriday polls, where the barbz got to choose the singles. None of the songs that were winning, became a single (sans Va Va Voom which came way AFTER the poll).

i think that the PTA video was meant to be the champion video (trinidad, carnival, etc) but they scrapped it since it didnt fit the song very well and replaced it w/ PTA. she did say champion was going to be filmed in a "special" "sacred" place. trinidad = special + sacred.

This is different though. She said she was shooting it in April. Then she really confirmed it in June. I don't see why she would say it twice if she wasn't serious.

See my post. She was shooting both. PTA in Trinidad. We all assumed Champion in Queens.
