I combined the word Brunnette and Britney which is apparently a "Nickname" and got a warning point. I've only seen her called that on one other site, so does that really make it a nickname? I think ATRL mods confuse the term "nickname" with what is actually just a play on words, which to be deemed rule breaking is just offensively pitiful.

It is a nickname. Any combination of a pop star and a word is a nickname

Well her hair colour isn't disrespectful, and mangling means "destroy or severely damage by tearing or crushing." so... I call B.S. on this warning point. What I have done is called "wordplay", which I don't see to be against the rules anywhere.
