Mostly, yes, but still to a certain extent.

Some music is just pure and complete garbage and some is undeniably good, but in 99% of the cases it's subjective.

To a degree. Some songs are good but some people can't relate to it because they don't understand it or the culture behind it.

However, there's a lot of songs we can agree are trash like Harlem Shake or Gangnam Style.

Of course it is. I believe every genre has something good about it even if I don't necessarily like it. And people who judge others based on their music taste and have to say how much it sucks are the worst kind of people. Just let people like who they like.
