It is sad, yet predictable to see a Charmbracelet stan use Butterfly stans and their achievements for their own promotional gain. Honey, let's not even.
I haven't really paid attention to your posts since I joined here when you USED to be popular, so....
But she said before her New Year's Eve performance that the SINGLE will be out on Valentine's Day. Y'all think she was just lying?
No, Mariah would never lie.

...I kinda reget not releasing it now. And maybe, eventually I'll go..becuase that song is only piano and vocal, so maybe I'll recut the song with the band, you know, live band and put it out someday, I don't know
Unfortunately I can't find it anymore anywhere but I remember a LQ snippet of a song that was supposedly called 'Never Enough'. It was supposed to be for Charmbracelet but she was BELTING and it was beautiful. I would do anything to hear this song
EDIT: Also I'd love to hear unreleased songs from the debut. There were so many registered songs with interesting titles as Hypnotized and I Lose Control.

I've really been thinking about this a lot. I think it's wasteful to record music and keep it locked in vaults forever.

An article from 2004 listing unreleased tracks:

Mariah has quite a few unreleased/lost tracks that we are all hoping will one day see the light of day. "Here We Go Round Again" is a mid-tempo R&B song co-penned with Ben Marguiles in their first collaboration from the late 1980s. "At Last" is a demo rumoured to have appeared on Mariah's' original demo tape when she was unsigned. There is a short clip of the file supposedly to be from 1986 but the authenticity of the clip cannot be confirmed.
"Weakness Of The Body" is not strictly a Mariah track, but a demo recorded on behalf of Ken Cedar. The story is that Mariah recorded the demo to present the track for the possibility of it appearing on the upcoming Brenda K. Starr album. The track was shelved and later appeared on a Judy Torres album.
"The Flow" was recorded for "Glitter" but I think it wasn't ready in time. I expect it would of been highly influenced by the 80's sound and a funky bass would of been prominent. (Cat # 2438-10797-2, info from Flyte Tyme).
"Reach For The Sky" is an "arena ballad" done with 7 Aurelius. It should also have live instruments (and perhaps a jazz feel) like "Subtle Invitation" and "There Goes My Heart". The status (or style) of "Distant Lover" is not sure, but Jermaine Dupri mentioned this title in an MTV article on him working with Mariah on songs for Charmbracelet.
"Crave" is a sultry, double-entendre laced track that Mariah promised never to release, with a tellingly devilish smirk on her face due to the song's content. "Yours (feat. Justin Timberlake)" is a reworked version of the track has been confirmed from a variety of sources including Mariah herself. The official statement is that MonarC cannot release it without the permission of Jive (Justin's' Label). The version is rumoured to be have more of an r'n'b element to it.
Jimmy Jam mentioned that he and Terry Lewis did 3 to 4 songs with Mariah for Charmbracelet, including one they were calling "The Wedding Song". He also mentioned "Through The Rain" and "Yours" in that piece, so "The Wedding Song" is a different song. It sounds like a super-romantic ballad. "Never Enough" is a "Charmbracelet" session that didn't make the cut of the album. Believed to be in a ballad style with lush instrumentation and strings.
"Charmbracelet (Interlude)" was rumoured to appear on the Charmbracelet, many previous albums featured interludes such as Daydream, Butterfly and Rainbow. Usually a transitional track leading into a full length song keeping with the same theme.
