Maybe they're waiting till he's dead so Gaga can get all the blame if it flops
I remember when Gaga said (before BTW was released) that she wrote so much new music that she might have to release two separate albums. And we all saw how that turned out. I'm not holding my breath for ARTPOP II and I'm not even sure I would want a II.

it's allegedly been finished since last summer
idk why they didnt stick with the Jan 1st release date.. it had already been pushed back not to coincide with artpop in the fall. and now itll likely be pushed back again from next fall so as to not coincide with vol II
poor tony. he should be a judas and release it anyway.

I just feel like an Usher collab would've went smoother. It still would've been controversial because people would've said "*gasp* she's singing that with....Usher...? " but the R. Kelly collab brought an extra layer of hate to it. Feminists, domestic violence/sexual abuse activists, people from the GP, etc. were criticizing Gaga for working with Kells. Can't help but think that's (a part of) the reason why we never got a DWUW video.
Honestly, the only people that cared were the faux activists on tumblr. People in general just weren't interested in the song, despite the many attempts to force it on the public.
