How can you say Katy Perry isn't Global?
Rihanna is literally called the voice of our generation yet she has no impact?
And Britney performance skills yes, yet she lip syncs every performance.

I've addressed similar concerns just before this post, so I'll try to summarize here.
- Britney and Gaga arguably still get praise, just not as much as they used to. From what I understood, this thread is about each artists entire career, not just their latest era. Thus, Britney and Gaga received a check for acclaim.
- I posted the following just above this post in response to the issue of Katy.
"There's no denying that Katy has some international smashes, but she's not nearly as big in any other part of the world as she is here in the US (and Canada for that matter). Her tours have done surprisingly well in Europe, but she has yet to break into the Asian market (with singles and albums too for that matter), which is a huge market at that, and thus, in my opinion, she can't really be declared fully global - yet."
- I truly don't mean to shade, drag, or offend with this, as it's my
opinion, but honestly, what has Rihanna done that's had any impact other than on the charts? I honestly can't think of one thing (video, performance, etc.) that's she's done that has had a noticeable impact on pop culture. If anything, I feel she'll be remembered for her ability to excel on the charts, and there's really nothing wrong with that.
- "And Britney performance skills yes, yet she lip syncs every performance." That's why I gave her an "x" for the "Vocals" category. For the purposes of this thread, I decided to consider vocals and performance abilities different things. So if one lip syncs but is an overall good performer, I gave her a check mark in performance skills category, but not in the vocals category, as was the case with Britney.
