IMHO, Aguilera could release an album like 21 with ballads and sad songs. Her vocals are amazing, so why not?

What are you basing this claim that he somehow isnt number 1 on? Please educate me. Usher isnt the one with an artist of the decade plaque.

Rihanna's album sales are terrible in the U.S. for some reason. She's sold 12m+ albums since the decade began and less than 4m of those being from U.S. I don't get why she doesn't sell more here
