That's pretty bad. I'd genuinely expect her to do a lot more. People love her.
The Superbowl ratings don't always depend on the halfitme performer. It's not an award show, it's a sports event watched by sports fans. The teams playing affect the ratings greatly. It's why Madonna's show had such high ratings cause lawd knows she's not more popular than Beyoncé in 2012/2013.
