I think Britney prob. had a relapse in 2010 too. Something wan't right about how her physical appearance and demeanor just drastically changed like that. She looked heavily sedated like on horse tranquilizer type sh*t during FF.

I think she was just going through post partum depression due to popping two babies out not very far apart from each other and along with being rebellious.
