I think her only chance at a nomination next year is at the remix category if the Cedric Gervais version of Adore You smashes. Maybe like a 1% chance for FU in rap/sung or best pop duo or group if it's a big hit.

I'm a biT pressed bc "Wrecking Ball" was truly deserving of a nomination. Other than that, "The Climb" was her only chance so far if we're being honest.
"Bangerz" will probably get lost in the shuffle by next year and if they didn't give it to WB ch, they're not giving a nom to the other singles.
Ugh, imagine the increase if "Adore You" was performed yesterday + Bangerz sales .

I'd wish Miley could buy the rights of some of her Hannah songs (like 5 of them ). It's not happening It would be cool for her to do a medley for nostalgic reasons on her upcoming tours (see Beyoncé singing Destiny's Child and JT singin' N'Sync*) but O.K!

I still have flashbacks of that Pharrell tweet telling her the Grammy's "would be all about her next year ". I see him giving his best tracks to Robin Thicke and Daft Punk and leaving her lil' sis with something like "4x4"

Miley has performed and presented at award shows she wasn't nominated in before, i don't think she didn't perform because she wasn't nominated. the Grammys are a highly respectable event and although giving Miley a headlining slot performance, they didn't want to risk the backlash. maybe she just wasn't allowed, we all know how big this obonxoius hate for her in the media is.

It's a shame she didn't have a Grammy slot or a nomination. It would've made things easier for the era. But there's no point to bring it up anymore, let's just hope she can keep having massive success with Bangerz and the singles out of it. I don't think less of her as an artist bc of this situation. It'll take while until the "real music" brigade wants to use her songs.

- MTV Unplugged this Wednesday. A live album of it wouldn't surprise me.
- "Feelin' Myself" 2# on UK Itunes. Hopefully it'll become a hit (and the U.S will follow suit ).
- The BANGERZ Tour starting February 14th.
- "Adore You (Cedric Remix)" possibly coming on Febraury, as well.
- That LOVE magazine coming out.
