Tbh Judas totally sounded like a hit to me back then but alas. That and TEOG were the only songs that sounded like hits to me. She needs to stop relying on the Bad Romance formula tho (poppy chorus, weird unappealing vocals in the verses), it has only worked ONE time.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. I'm not a negative person, but the DWUW fiasco along with lack of communication, is simply bad. I love ARTPOP and I wish she could get her act together already.

If Scheisse had a more appealing title, was shorter and had better lyrics (basically just keep the instrumental lol), it should have been the lead single. Interscope should have forced her to re-do the song.

Very true. She tends to ruin pretty great instrumentals with her lyrics nowadays, doesn't she? If I were a producer, I wouldn't be even giving my productions to her anymore tbh (unless I was like DJWS & no one else would hire me).

am I really annoying when I'm posting positive stuff like ARTPOP's climb on iTunes even if it's discounted? I mean, come on. I'm trying here, I really am. Telephone was a great video. Alejandro was a great video. Judas was a great video. Expecting her to debut TFM every new album, or BR every new MV, or 2009 VMAs every new performance is asking to be disappointed.

I don't think the label has made any huge mistakes in terms of single choices. It's not their fault (well, it is but you get the point) that the overall quality of Gaga's music, including the singles, has gone significantly downhill.

The only reason WHY I would want this era to end is because Gaga clearly is not in it anymore. The draggings have affected her and she is moving on. Only thing I'm wondering about is if she cuts the artRAVE after the first leg and releases a new album instead.
