I don't primarily put the blame of his attitude on him. I look at myself now, and I know that if I was to become famous and rich, and have a whole bunch of people around me that did whatever I wanted, I wouldn't get big headed, be cocky, or feel above the law.

But if I was 16, or 19 like he is right now and became rich and famous, I would definitely have thought I was above the law and on top of the world. So I can kinda see where he gets his sense of entitlement from. But at the same time, his parents have failed him incredibly. When your dad is with you while you participate in illegal activity, you need to distance yourself from him. Doesn't matter whether or not he's your father.

If you're mother is out there trying to make herself famous, you need to sit down and have a talk with her about her real responsibilities; and that's to be your parent.

He needs to take some time to himself and just think. My advice to him would be to just kick everyone out of house, spend a couple weeks by himself, and just look at where he came from and look at where he is now. Be grateful and cherish what he has because millions of people would literally kill to be in his position right now. Make a step by step plan and follow. Find a therapist you can talk to and just let it all out. Don't be afraid to really open up.

Contrary to what people think, the kid has talent. He may not be the best dancer in the world, but he can work on that. He has a good voice and he has a lot of potential. I personally don't want him to fail.

Yea , TMZ already said the cops lied in their report , because his blood test shows that he was sober at the time of arrest and there are videos of him driving the car , he wasn't speeding at all . The only charge is has left is the resisting arrest and expired license . He doesn't have to show up in court on monday anymore .

Edit : When it all said and done , he will likely pay a fine or take some kind of class recommended by the judge . His lawyer said he will also be on probation for less than a year .

He has a really good legal team unless he does something stupid like life threatening to someone or go against his probation if he get one .I doubt he will ever see the inside of a jail cell . I mean when he was arrested he had at least 3 armed guard with him at all time and never met other cell mate .

So it seems like it didn't turned out that bad for Bieber after all... good for him!

EDIT: I do hope he gets help that he needs because i still don't think he's 100% ok/healthy imo

jailing him will only get worse . He has been suffering from depression and need parental guidance . If he get incarcerated he will never be able to the help he needs in order to calm down a little .
