Oh, I definitely agree. That's why I specifically said
performer not dancer in reference to Bey. But, I think being an impressive
performer is more important, anyway. It's not about just dancing -- you can be an AMAZING dancer but still be a lackluster musical performer (this describes Ciara, J. Lo to a T, IMO) and come across like a backup dancer with a microphone.
And I think that Michael, Prince, James and Tina were/are great vocalists/singers, but Bey is the best in that area in that grouping even though they're all really great. I think she's the first vocalist of her level to be able to perform at such a high level. But, when you get into all around/total package bests, that's where it gets tricky, because all of their individual all around/overall skill sets best her all around skills.
Considering all talents and how their various talents are combined, I don't think she has an all-around superlative; however, I do feel like she's one of a kind in her skills with the way her talents are distributed if that makes sense.
