Yeah, I thought of Close Combat for mixed potential after looking @ its Atk & Sp.Atk + the thought of Blissey(I doubt a Geomancy boosted Psyshock would OHKO it). Full out Sp. Attack does seem good tho.

well speed is always good to have but chikorita's primary stats are hp, def and sp def so its ok... if u need another 4 IV to make the breed easier tell me i might have one with the stats u need

Both are great and fill completely different niches. Cloyster is a setup sweeper, Vaporeon is a bulky stall/cleric thingy. It depends on whether your team needs a sweeper or wish/status support really, but I think more teams will benefit from the latter.

I'm using a Leafeon as a Phazer and I need some help. It's EV spread is 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Sp. Def. The moves that I've decided on so far are:
• Yawn
• Roar
• Leaf Blade

Which ability should I run with this EV spread? Leaf Guard or Chlorophyll? I also need suggestions for the last move slot and it's held item. Thanks in advance for those that help!
