Finally saw American Hustle last night. Good film, but don't know why the Academy is sucking it so hard. No breathtaking performances or production. Movie drags on at first but picked up at the end. Amy and Bradley did absolutely nothing for me in this movie. Christian Bale and J-Law were great. People were right. She stole every scene she was in. That shifty Jersey accent was a bit messy tho. Pleasantly surprised by Maysaa Karaa her cover song. Where's Rihannafan? Lebanon their power.
My only gripes are minor. It was weird how they had Rosalyn styled like a cast member of Jerseylicious when it was supposed to be set in the 70s. Jeremy Renner was so miscast. Ridiculous how he was Jersey native with no Italian Joisey accent and he was supposed to be father of grown up adults damn near his age.
