Once you get the Lati trade for Virizion, you'll get it right away.

Do the same for Heatran.

You can get an Yveltal with relative ease in exchange for a Shiny or a high leveled Phione/Unown in occasion.

So after encountering about 5 Shiny Wingulls, I finally found a Shiny Seviper. Which later on fainted from confusion. I don't know how to react. I remain kind of unbothered really. Oh well.
