Have you ever eaten eggs? Based on this statement, I'd guess the answer is no.
I want you to go down to your kitchen and fry an egg. Eat it, but don't put the yolky residue covered plate into your sink. Instead, let it sit out over night and try to watch it off of a soap and rag in the morning.
When you do that and realize it doesn't work, I want you to imaging trying to clean it off of bricks and windows.
Better yet, if you're feeling VERY inquisitive, THROW ta RAW egg at your nice, smooth wall and let THAT sit over night.
They are, easily, the hardest kitchen related mess to clean up. Period. Fact. I would want charges pressed and wouldn't even feel a little bothered by it.
