Amanda Ghost was the CEO of Epic Records when She Wolf came out and it looked like she wanted Shakira's career to do poorly, especially in the states. She forced Shakira to sing Give it Up to Me because it wasn't supposed to be on the album, it was added at the last minute. It's a given that Shakira doesn't like this song, no wonder why she didn't include this song on her setlist when she went on tour, she also decided to release Did it Again in Europe after asking people on Epic Records website what was the best track on the album. I don't think I need to tell you the two songs that received the most votes.

After that, she released Gypsy (an obvious flop) probably because she co-wrote and co-produced it? She also co-wrote Give it Up to Me, no wonder why it was released. She eventually got fired from Epic Records for taking decisions.

The Amanda Ghost situation is a travesty. "Give It Up To Me" was originally intended for Timbaland's Shock Value 2, but Amanda decided to use it as the 2nd single off She Wolf in the US. She clearly had no idea what she was doing.

The singles from that album should have been "She Wolf", "Why Wait", "Men In This Town" and maybe "Long Time". "Why Wait" seems to be one of Shakira's favorites since she performed it several times leading up to the album release and opened her tour with it.

Most artist only have one day radio deal and it's better like this like that they can see how the GP is reacting to it and adjust instead of having a false perception and when the roll back comes

Why Wait is amazing. Men in this Town too and it probably would have been a single because its one of Shakira's faves. GIUTM was probably gonna end up as a single from Timbaland's album so it was so stupid to include it on Shakira's album considering it would have had promo for free by Timbaland.

the banner thing is a mess

but 5 spins is actually very good tbh. yesterday's zero plays on Z100 is what was actually a big problem. songs don't start big on radio and then get played less and less, they have to first grow, peak, and then decrease in spins. if Z100 continues to give it 6ish plays every day this week, then that's a good sign. Next week it'll probably increase and so on.
