An attorney said he could still be charged depending where it was found. He is still being investigated. Just because he wasn't arrested today, it doesn't mean he's in the clear. Remember the Aaron Hernandez case, his video security was taken but he wasn't arrested. He ended up being arrested days later after the evidence was analyzed.
