racism in the structural/sociological sense - which the term is most typically in reference to in intelligent conversations - does NOT occur against white people! it doesn't work like that
there are rare instances of white people being discriminated against or experiencing racism in a non-sociological sense, but these are few & far between!
this is why we have so many ignorant white people - they can CHOOSE not to see racism if they don't want to!
meanwhile poc like myself deal with it day in & day out, nonstop, and it's exhausting
i try to be understanding and civil but it's really hard when you experience these things and you've done your research as a poc yourself and white people - who STILL hold all the power in the world - continue to talk about reverse racism and how black people are racist because they can't say the n-word
