I am not trying to discredit her success, but just look at the weekly sales for countries like the UK which is one of the biggest music markets WW, sales are very low right now but without a doubt she has already surpassed 2m WW counting this week's sales.
They don't inflate. It's THEIR sales, or shipments if you prefer.
you might be right very well,either way the sales are very impressive and when you're considering album sales aren't as great as they used to be makes the achievement a whole lot greater

album sold nearly 2.1 million only from 10 countries.. (know sales)
so now at least 2.3m and with this week sales more than 2.5+ million ww..
