I will never understand why haters (and some older fans) say things like "well I don't see her making it big again" in regards to her music. Since when does making music = assuming that one is going to smash? Hilary may want success in the end (who doesn't?) but it's not like she's making claims that her music is going be huge and she's going to make a massive comeback. Quite to the contrary, Hilary has expressed fears of returning and has clearly stated that she's really doing this for herself and her fans. So how is that argument about her not succeeding even relevant in the grand scheme of things?

I CANT AGREE MORE
and usually when someone is afraid of doing something they used to do, it just gets better and better.

I agree with this, I do believe she can make a huge comeback, but I don't expect it, if she promote it hard I think she can, if not I don't know, but I only want music from her, promoting and everything else is up to her and her team, it should be about music not success, I don't know why are people obsessed with success (especially when they don't get anything from it), but of course I would like to see her smashing!
Btw I saw Why Not on some music channel yesterday here in my country I was so happy lol.. Especially when they barely ever play music older than 2011

I also agree! Of course we want her to be big again, and of course we want to help her promote her new single(s) and album(s). With the right people she will do great! I think success is needed for her to come back in Europe and other countries. If she isn't big here or if she doesn't sell that much here then it will mean she maybe don't come or do a tour here. So I think its a bit of both. But really I wish it was spring already!
What do you guys think about a album title? I also think that 'Better Days' will be perfect as a title for this album!
I agree with you guys, though for some reason I can see her really trying to promote this album. I have to agree with lu shes doing it for the fans, all those instagram pics she uploads in the studio isnt for press its for us. I appreciate that she's able to share the recording process with us, it wasnt just one pic she continues to do it. Her dedication, her drive is back. I can't remember the last time she was so motivated for something in her career.
I agree with you guys as well with Better Days I have taken a strong liking to that title.

What kind of drag? You should probably bookmark this post and post it in EVERY thread when the haters try to come for Hilary. Hilary is very self aware and she knows the deal, she was very open and honest about that in the interview with Hilary News and other interviews, she is a smart girl and that's why I kind of laugh (and get a little upset) when people doubt her because she has built her whole career off of being a businesswoman and knowing how to move in the industry and do different things.

I'm between Better Days and Breathing Room.
I honestly have no idea if her comeback is going to be 'big', and at this moment I'm not thinking about it since we still don't know what the songs will really be like. But it makes me mad how some dumb people are still not convinced that she CAN do it.

It does bother me as well a bit, I'm not expecting a top 10 I more so wanted to see what people would say.
Though Luis made the best post in that thread "better to have low expectations" then be pleasantly surprised with the outcome.
I'm all for Better Days or Breathing Room as the title.
I'm expecting the first single to at least reach the Top 40 on Pop and the Hot 100, and the album to sell about 200-300k overall. In this day and age, that would be a pretty big success, especially when you take into consideration that (a) Hilary's been on a bit of a hiatus and hasn't released an actual studio album in nearly 7 years, and (b) big-name artists like Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Avril Lavigne, Celine Dion, etc., etc., are struggling to sell. Of course, if she puts herself out there and does a lot of promotion, both the single and the album could do even better. Who knows.
I'm really excited to watch this era play out. It should definitely be interesting.

This is exactly what I am thinking as well. I think the album could go Gold depending on how much promo she will do and how the single choices will be. But, your predictions are probably more spot on. Like you said, artists when bigger fan bases are struggling to sell but you never know what could happen, last year a lot of acts broke out of nowhere and I think it goes to show, you should never count an artist out, it's just impossible to know how Hilary will do because we have no clue how the first single sounds.

In my opinion everything will depend of her label. If she has a great label who will promote her comeback, she's probably going to slay. But if she signs with a label like Epic Records....
