The main of problem of this season is that they are focusing too much on Jessica Lange, ok we all agree she is brilliant, but... we have a lot of characters this year and a lot of them is just there, we don't even know their personality, that's why Zoe turning to ''weak'' in to ''badass'' it's just forced for example, Fiona Goode is the only one that they developed well as a character (Maybe also Cordelia) and it's too little horror, and I was really disappointed by Madame LaLaurie I was expecting great things from Kathy Bates (Brilliant as usual, but they could have created a SICK character for her) and I am little bit annoyed how Lily Rabe is underused this season, she showed great potential in Asylum, in my opinion, she was just as good as Lange , the scene with Frances Conroy deserves at least hundreds of prizes
and I swear if that mouse faced spoiled brat kill the SWAMP QUEEN...
.
Asylum is the best season by far and it's one of the best things I saw on television, it was utterly brilliant, and all the characters (Ok, not all of them, let's say the 80% of them) was so good and their development through the season was interesting and it did not felt random as in Coven. (Yeah maybe the Alien storyline was a little bit out of place).

The character transitions have been bad this season but they were far worse in the last.
Which is probably why I think it's much weaker than three. I mean was I the only one who felt nothing whenever Grace
died
? IDK if it was just the actress not playing the part well but I felt no sympathy whatsoever for her or Kitt.
The Mary Eunice story line was probably the only one besides Lana's that showed promise until it was ruined. I mean she literally went from being on top of the game one episode to
being killed off
in the next. I still feel so unsatisfied...

Yeah the way they ended the Mary Eunice storyline was endend too fast my dream ending was Super final fight SATAN VS ALIENS, but Asylum is still better than Coven in my opinion!7
