It makes me cringe too. I remember, when a gossip site said this ( I think it was HollywoodLife), so I made a comment on the site that IKYWT was written before Ocotber 22, 2012 and that Harry and Taylor dated Dec, 2012 to Jan 2013. so it is impossible that any song on RED could be about Harry.
And you know what, I got a reply from (I am assuming a 1D fan) who said, no that Taylor and Harry had met off and on earlier and I was wrong. I was a little pissed off because that is a little bit of delusional thinking. Trying to twist the truth to suit their ego or something.
