The video delay makes sense. I mean, didn't she shoot the whole Venus video beforehand and then was side-blinded & pushed to suddenly make a DWUW video?

I think Gaga has tough skin when it comes to what the public says. But when it comes to what the fans and the people around her say and do, she's a little soft. I think we can all relate to that considering the opinions of the people we love often mean more to us than those of the people we don't.

Anyways, I came across this quote earlier.

"I wanted somebody with a tremendous understanding of how to make a pop video, because my biggest challenge working with directors is that I am the director and I write the treatments and I get the fashion and I decide what it’s about and it’s very hard to find directors that will relinquish any sort of input from the artist, but Francis and I worked together."

So basically the issue is her being able to find a director that will give her control while still being able to do their job. I think she needs to branch out to up-and-coming directors that aren't well-known but are still talented. They're more likely to give Gaga control because she's so famous while still doing their job.

what I interpreted the post to mean is that Gags hasn't even thought up the DWUW video concept yet, so it'll be a while

I like the MTN era tbh. And the Gaga Thanksgiving special

What I'd fix about the video is to have no nurse/gaga dialogue, not have it raining in the car scene, the final dance sequence (just need to be edited idk), and cut the last phoenix part which seemed unnecessary. Overall it's an uplifting story

i know but she didnt create those alone, she had proffesional directors for all of them. she needs thar structure. she has great ideas, but they need to be focused by experienced proffessionals
