I see people are back to the "Rihanna has to release yearly to stay relevant" . . . .Interesting logic considering she shows up at the VMA sits in the audience and still managed to get talked about. The media follows her IG so much that it lead to 2 arrests. Just last week she was named best dressed of 2013 by multiple publications. Like 
I thought the whole post is going to be sarcastic but I guess you're serious. 
Stagnant? But she's improving every era on every level. She just had her first +100$ million tour, she had her first number 1 album, she surpassed Madonna and tied Michael Jackson on the singles, she received the ICON award at the age of 25, when Madonna was beggining her career.
