The Grammys last year pulled in 28.12 million viewers, making it second-best TV ratings since 1993. So, Hilary just going to present would be really good and it would help get word out about her musical comeback.
That isn't the official Twitter account for the Teen Choice Awards. But, it's pretty good to see that people want her to perform at the show with no official news on her musical plans so far. She has such a good history with the Teen Choice Awards that I am willing to bet, if everything goes according to plan, she could land a nomination for her song and we all know Hilary will probably show up if it looks like she is going to win the award, just like she did in 2010 when she wasn't confirmed to attend the show until the last minute.

I think she'll complete and hand in the album to a label/s this month, sign a contract early to mid February, label + single announcement in March and the single release in April.
I want her to perform at the Billboard Music Awards.
That would be excellent promo for her. I really hope she works hard at her performing skills because now everyone will go in on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter if an artist doesn't pull off a performance right.

I agree with ALL of this actually, I was just talking to another Hilary stan the other day and I was telling them how I think Hilary will hand in the album to the label/s this month because she has to have about 10-12 songs done by now so I am glad other Hilary stans think like I do, great minds think alike.
Speaking of touring in general, would you like to see Hilary play more festival shows to rebuild/expand her fan base? Seeing as we shouldn't be expecting a full blown tour until sometime in 2015, I think it's important that she continues to promote herself + the new album until tickets go on sale for a tour.
My thoughts are a four-city club tour of six shows a month before the album drops to test the waters as a live performer before she hits television. Then she and Andre need to fight for a spot as a headliner on the Jingle Ball tour in December. She needs to do at least eight of those shows.
I wouldn't mind a festival or two during the year, but not to many.
I'm crossing my fingers that the world tour starts in late January (at the earliest) so she has enough time to promote another single in early Jan.
Ok first, i love those live videos. As a matter of fact, i have never watched that Come Clean one before. She can obviously sing well live which makes me wonder till now why she needs to lipsync or have a back track on at the same time she performs? The Fly vid too was nice. Queen does have great vocals haters need to shut up.
Yes she needs to appear back on the Grammys and perform too. I love the Billboard Music Award idea because that'll give her more exposure compared to TCA, which is mainly watched by teens nowadays who might not know this legend.
I also agree that she should just stop performing Come Clean on TV and perform more of the Dignity singles especially Stranger. If she's allowed to, it will be amazing to see her perform Gypsy Woman or any other tracks of that album on a TV show (tho I highly doubt that will happen).
Well, Hilary said she was gonna bust her ass off for 2014, so I think its fair to expect her to have killer dance moves, great vocal skills and energetic stage appearance. I'm OK with her performing at festivals but I think the festival performances needs to be before the release of the album.
I think the earliest her tour will begin is August/September this year (?) Idk abt that. I just hope its a world tour.

The only reason I don't see her performing Stranger on television again is because it came from a dark place. She is clearly ok with her father and her relationship status, so I can't see her wanting to represent that on TV, which is sad.

I love your idea much better than my own. It's more planned out and I can see her gaining more recognition from it than if she was to do festival shows. I'd like to see her play Coachella sometime down the road, though.
I know you think Australia paid her dust during the Dignity era, but you must know she nor the album were BARELY promoted due to a label change. They were the ones who paid her dust, tbh. They barely promoted the tour when it was announced. I'm praying things will be different down here this era. The Queen deserves the very best.

Thanks! I'd love a few festivals and rodeos here and there too. If she could somehow regain enough popularity to do the Houston Rodeo again, that would slay.
And hopefully all the international stuff is worked out this time so they do decent promo, even if she can't be there for long. The Dignity era started off really well I remember, but they completely dropped the ball once the With Love (Remix) was released and they didn't push it to radio. It was like a snowball effect in every way.
And she needs to retire BOTH Wake Up and Come Clean from television. I can deal with With Love.

Unless there's a Hilary Duff live special where she performs a handful of tracks acoustically or something. She needs to focus on the new material IMO.

I like how as the performances went on, they added a little more here and there to the With Love choreography. While ideally I'd want her to perform Stranger, I don't see it happening so if they go with With Love they need to UPDATE it.
I'm hoping that she starts going to a dance studio within the next two months to start preparing. She hasn't danced in six years... She needs more than a refresher.
