Edit: Rereading your post, I don't think you were asking for this information but I already wrote it so here ya go. To answer your question though, yeah I think Taylor is the only female artist to play a stadium tour since Madonna and if Madonna didn't sell out, then I guess Taylor is the only one.

Don't forget about timing and venue availablity. Stadiums that are open-air (which is virtually all of them) are only viable as concert venues in the summer time. They are also booked up as venues for sporting events at various times of years.
People wondered why Taylor did not do a Stadium in the UK instead of doing 5 dates at the 02. The answer is not the demand but the timing. Taylor is touring the UK in Feb. There are no stadiums available for concerts at that time of year, because it is in the middle of football season and rugby season. And no-one goes to concerts in Stadiums during that time of year. They are all in June - Sep in the UK.
Taylor was able to tour Stadiums in Australia because of the demand AND the timing. December is the middle of summer there. It is possible Pink's tour in Australia was during Winter and/or times when the Stadiums were booked for sports.
