Generic isn't always bad, and SMH does it's job perfectly.

Besides CC was a better fit for 1D because it tackled dance-pop through their familiar pop-rock lens rather than just being a pure dance-pop track at the end of a pop-'rock' album.
That may explain why the boys couldn't remember a single thing about the song when they were asked to sing a bit of it during the Sound Check at their Aus concert.
