Wasn't "Heavy Metal Lover" or "Scheiße" also announced as a single during the BTW era, with a cover and all ?

It was Heavy Metal Lover, and the song was the next single but it was scrapped after You & I and MTN both underperormed.
Remember that the BTW era was meant to have 9 singles before the era's sales ended pre-maturely.

that's not true. Heavy Metal Lover was never officially confirmed to have even been floated as a single after the Marry the Night disaster. It was a done deal that 5 singles was it & no one was floating that idea except fans (who thought it might be the next single because she performed it at the new year's eve ball along with MTN)
