Did you try googling how to put them together? I tried that, but for me all I got was a mess.
Maybe try open as layers?
Sounds like PS problems. My advice: Import>>>Video Frames to Layers. Select the frames of one of the gifs and copy them. Go to the other gif and select the very last frame only. Click on the drop down menu on the timeline and select Paste Frames>>>After Selection.
I'm ****ing pissed.
My friends and I went to the bar the other night and for whatever reason our bill came out to 168 dollars.
