P!nk's era had like 5 performances in total, across the globe and look how well that sold.
Some songs are just meant to be hits, others aren't

But Try was a big hit in Europe and JGMAR was even bigger so that really carried Pink's album globally.

If the album sells 4 million WW, which is basically a guarantee at this point, then its already a massive success. Only the top albums are doing those numbers.

The 4 era was a huge event as well because of Blue Ivy. It's the lack of hits that now make it feel like it was nothing.

4 already did what was comparable to that without a hit vs a WW #1 with 10 weeks there.

I think it's the AMA's, VMA's, Allan Carr, and Ellen from what I recall.

Pink is pretty huge in Germany judging from Funhouse's success there and obviously she's massive in Australia so in those places it seems like it sold based off of the strength of the album's singles.

So yeah her promo campaign was light.

She had more than 5 but her promo was light. She did it all in 2012 and her album came out in September so the promo window was small.

FINALLY finished Wolf of Wall Street, good Lord! VERY entertaining but a little too long and so loud, so over the top and so excessive that at times it felt draining. Excess is what the movie is about, but my God.
