Based on the current estimates, the first 10 days won't hit a million, so it certainly seems unlikely that she could have passed them. I am uncertain if even the first 17 days will be equal to the OP's #1 or #2.
You can't really set a "logic" on this as there aren't many examples of a 3-day opening, or a digital-only opening.
Beyoncé would've easily been #1 if she had a full week and physical sales.

yep when your the best everyone wants a piece of the pie, and to sell 1.2 million album in a week after you promo 5 singles which sold a few million total. then turn around and have 13 of the top 20 itunes songs for the week on top of that = owning everone else.
