Basically me in SYG from the time "Applause" leaked until I saw the "Venus" covers and heard the snippets.

I lost hope in the era for a while, because she kept spewing out nonsense, had one of her worst songs as the lead single, had an awful cover for the album, and so on. I was DONE for quite a while, and I remember OneLuckyStrike and a ton of others in SYG were being such assholes to me with stuff like "Bye @ him acting like he's been one of us when he's been bashing her this whole era". I have my meltdowns because, honestly, if she had listened, she probably could have done more than 500k first week.
