I doubt it. Nothing seems to be having a big effect. People just aren't interested in spending money on it, and I think it's an image issue. The media is completely against Gaga right now.

Gaga's acoustics this era have been so weak. Like she's barely playing her keys as if she hasn't pre-composed what to play and just tries to oversing into the moment and not play the piano.
So yes there have been good performances, but not piano ones.
I feel Gaga changed the tune of the song on the performance. Vocals were great but the song did not sound catchy as it should. They could have simply put the background music of the studio version instead of playing instruments live.
TBH, the problem is people focus so much on the "PERFORMANCE" itself and the whole gaga/xtina thing and they dont pay attention to the song. If she wants the sales, she needs to settle down the performance and go VERY simple. No dancing and over the top outfit. It fits the song better as well!!
But hey, im happy with the iconic moment she gave us

I know this sounds as a damn lot, and it will not happen, but this needs to succeed. I mean I normally could care less about chartpositions, but this era needs a nice lifespan and not just 3 singles and a tour.
