Warrior was a much larger flop. It produced one hit, C'mon flopped, and so did whatever song they released afterward. Do What U Want has already outperformed C'mon. ARTPOP will have more sales than Warrior. The tour will also do better. They are clearly not on the same level commercially but do you.
Has anyone ever looked at Ke$ha as an albums artist though? I think everyone knew she was a singles artist.
Gaga was always on a much larger scale than Ke$ha and more was always expected out of her so her performing as badly as she has definitely makes it the bigger flop.

Not to mention Gaga had a very costly marketing campaign to support "ARTPOP,"
unlike Ke$ha, yet debuted lower than both Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus.
