she's doing what she loves though. she's probably more upset by the fans who aren't following the message she broadcast throughout the BTW era about love peace and acceptance and such, and even sending hateful messages directly towards her when she's done nothing but love them. of course not everyone is going to adhere to what she says but to have her fans treat her that way must have some sort of affect on her

Hopefully she's thinking about contacting producers that can produce hits like Stargate. Idk why she'd be against it, she can help co-produce and still write the music. Like, imagine how good the music would be that she comes up with, with it hit maker like him.

She truly doesn't care what people think. I thought her message of "I don't get why people pay so much attention to things they don't like" was loud and clear but I guess not. If you don't like what she's doing, even if you're a fan, her suggestion to you is to move on. She's made this clear. Lady Gaga is not going to change for you, her fans, or for the industry. She will continue doing what she does and what makes her happy, even if that means she won't be #1 anymore. The ONLY thing holding her back are the fans who don't accept this, the fans who want her to work with hit producers for no reason other than to get a hit. These are the fans who don't care about the music, just the charts. She doesn't. Get over it.

You seem like you want a more commercial sounding album that the general public can really get into.

I actually do too. I really have enjoyed ARTPOP (so much that I bought it, the only Gaga album I own tbh), but I would love for her to try to appeal more to the GP. An album full of songs like The Edge of Glory, DWUW, and Gypsy would be amazing, but it's understandable if we never get an album like that from her because... Gaga is Gaga lol.

I feel like whatever she does won't help her make a comeback. I know I've already said it but every other girl that made a comeback recently did not change as drastically as Gaga did. She is literally a different person from back then when everybody did love her, in every aspect, and changed everything about herself that made people fall in love with her in the first place

maybe you misunderstood what I was saying, bc if this is directed towards me then you wasted your time. all of what you just said is literally what I have been saying since the album came out. SHE'S DOING WHAT SHE LOVES. SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT #1'S BECAUSE SHE'S ALREADY PROVEN HERSELF. I got it. what I was saying was in response to a user saying she should be mad at herself, which I disagree with because she's doing exactly what she wants to do so there's no reason for her to be mad at herself. I said what she could possibly be upset about is her fans treating her in a way that she has openly expressed disapproval of, ie bashing her online like they do other musicians. never once have I said I don't like the album, the direction she's taking her career in, or that I'm upset about her chart placement because I really couldn't give less of a f*** as long as I like the music. I have been nothing the supportive of her throughout her entire career, so miss me with that s***.
