'Has nothing to prove anymore'.
Whever THIS excuse is going to rule Rihanna's career I'll stop stanning.
That is the biggest bull**** an artist can ever say, each new project you give it your best, if you don't, bye.
No doubt you should give each project your all but I meant the goal should NOT be hit singles or high album sales. That should be looked at as the icing on the cake.
If Rih creates and deliver a great body of work . . .a la Rated R people will appreciate it automatically.

This sounds like something I posted a couple months ago verbatim lol.
I agree.

I agree, although the only album I got that feeling with was Rated R.

Other than what most of you call her "mixtapes".
But the only other "Album" Beyonce has is her debut and now 'Beyonce', hopefully now that Rih has mastered the radio sound she'll make the greatest album of 2014, Bey has 2013 on lock.

Never called them that, would love her to make a whole reggae album.
I found B'Day a pretty solid effort.
I have no doubt Rih will step up her artistic game in 2014, she needs to.

I truly believe a full Reggae album (later in her career) would give her the most commercial success plus critical acclaim ever.
Guess we'll never find out.
Out of all the popstars today (minus Bruno) she has the monopoly on Reggae.
