Yeah, they decreased the weight of streaming, they said so in the article, however it was last week that they changed it, and songs like Bound 2, 23, Wrecking Ball, etc. were still very high up, so they can't have decreased it that much.
I think had Billboard not reweighed(sp) the youtube streaming rule, Wrecking Ball probably would have managed to stay Top 2 this week. The viral video and official MV still got a significant youtube views.

I'm not a fan of "Dark Horse" but it's catchy & when an obvious hit is smacking you in the face, you should capitalize... especially when "Unconditional" isn't up to par!
I'm so late but, OH MY GOD I'M SO PROUD OF RIHANNA! I'm glad that "The Monsters" CLIMBED to #1 versus debuting at #1. It adds to the song's credibility. I can't wait for this to dominate for the next few months.
