Probably today. Last year's Billboard charts were posted on a Thursday as well (12/14).

The Soundscan charts (that contains sales and AirPlay data) are usually posted in January.

In 4 days it passed the views of former #29 Chinese Food which has been out for months. They can't have adjusted the formula THAT much.

Did Chinese Food got some sales as well? And also, Chinese Food was released on Saturday. Saturday view is not that high considering we are getting around 20% views from the States (So in 2 days it did less than a mil of streaming from the States?)

Someone mentioned last week that Billboard was considering reweighing youtube stream influence on Billboard Top 100 after that Wrecking Ball parody viral video. I am surprised Saturday didn't debut this week. I predicted it to debut in the Top 20 just by youtube streams alone.

Billboard Changed its rules again?

Yeah, they decreased the weight of streaming, they said so in the article, however it was last week that they changed it, and songs like Bound 2, 23, Wrecking Ball, etc. were still very high up, so they can't have decreased it that much.
